As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all Front Desk staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. This includes managing schedules, monitoring electronic security control systems, and maintaining daily logs and records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and schedule all Front Desk staff for the building
  • Maintain schedules and timesheets/cards for payroll purposes
  • Keep track of activity logs, incident reports for the Manager's review
  • Work closely with the Front Desk Coordinator and assist the Front Desk Coordinator to fill shifts when needed
  • Provide training for all new hires assigned to property
  • Forward vacation and day off requests to Front Desk Coordinator for approval
  • Assist in investigations, tape/log reviews for any unusual incidents
  • Help Property Manager with any special requests, i.e., administrative work, mailings, etc.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • Monitor Emergency Response System
  • Greets and directs residents, guests, and invitees
  • Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems
  • Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner within hours of notification
  • Monitor and control access to the building
  • Maintain daily log, records, and forms
  • Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s)
  • May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • College level courses in business or hospitality preferred
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred
  • Command of information system hardware/software is preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to navigate the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions
  • Complete all required forms
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements
  • Ability to respond to emergencies and callouts in a timely manner
  • Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift lbs.
  • Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
  • Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages
  • Reach with hands and arms

As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision.

Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.

Compensation

$19.00 Hourly; paid bi-weekly

Schedule

Sunday - Thursday; 7 am - 3 pm
