This role involves collaborating with various defense lines to manage the complete IT issue lifecycle, from identification to resolution.We are looking for a proactive approach to identifying technology issues, which will enhance the operational efficiency of the technology risk management function.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide independent oversight of technology risks for MUSA Securities and offer guidance to various Business Units through effective identification, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting of technology and related risks (including operational, compliance, and governance) within MUSA Enterprise Technology.
Act as a steward of the Technology Risk Framework to identify, report, and mitigate technology risks.Conduct independent assessments of technology maturity and the adequacy of controls to ensure business performance, stability, security, and service availability.
Promote a proactive risk culture by engaging in effective risk management and partnership routines with technology teams and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior leaders and key partners across the organization.Review and challenge the outcomes of first line-of-defense risk program execution.
Monitor legal, regulatory, compliance, and audit matters for assigned Enterprise Technology areas and ensure timely actions are taken.
Lead complex projects with significant technology and enterprise-level implications, providing informal leadership and serving as a resource for intricate solutions.
Adapt to interdisciplinary, matrix environments, effectively bridging business and IT functions. Transition seamlessly between advisory and implementation roles.
Required Qualifications:

Strong business acumen, management experience, problem-solving, critical thinking, influencing, and decision-making skills.Proven subject matter expertise in issue remediation, management, validation, and regulatory compliance within a technology context. Experience in strategy governance and risk oversight.
Familiarity with risk measurement methodologies, including the development of Key Risk Indicators and associated reporting tools (e.g., Tableau). Knowledge of enterprise Governance Risk and Compliance (eGRC) platforms (e.g., RSA Archer). Experience operating independently and navigating ambiguity to deliver value.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to establish credibility with all management levels effectively.Proven ability to organize and manage complex initiatives, delivering high-quality, executive-level work products.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Education:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Preferred Certifications:
One or more professional certifications, such as: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certification in Risk Management and Assurance (CRMA)
Additional Information:
This position requires working onsite four days a week and one day remotely.
The typical base salary range for this role is between $110K - $135K, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
