About the Role:
The selected candidate will engage in comprehensive technology risk management, working closely with various business units to identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technology frameworks align with regulatory standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide independent oversight of technology risks associated with MUSA Securities and collaborate with business units to ensure effective risk management.
2. Act as a steward of the Technology Risk Framework, facilitating the identification and mitigation of potential risks.
3. Conduct assessments of technology maturity and control adequacy to support business objectives.
4. Foster a proactive risk culture through effective partnerships with technology teams and stakeholders.
5. Interface with senior leadership to review and challenge risk management outcomes.
6. Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and ensure timely responses to any issues.
7. Lead complex projects that impact technology and enterprise-level operations, providing guidance and expertise to team members.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, technology, or risk management.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with proven experience in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Expertise in issue management and regulatory compliance within technology domains.
- Familiarity with risk measurement methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Certifications:
Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CIA are advantageous.

Work Environment:
This position requires a blend of onsite and remote work, fostering collaboration and flexibility.
