Role Overview
We are seeking seasoned professionals to join our expanding Global Banking Risk Consulting Practice, specializing in Technology Risk Consulting. This role invites candidates to be part of a diverse, high-performing team with extensive experience in collaboration with leading US and Global Banking institutions. Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisor in RSM's Technology Risk Consulting Practice, you will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to enhance your practice through substantial client engagement and exposure to the banking industry. Client Engagement
- Work with prominent banking institutions that rely on effective risk management, internal audit, and governance of their enterprise-wide IT programs.
- Assist clients in identifying and prioritizing technology risks while leveraging processes and controls to mitigate exposure.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with clients, grounded in a deep understanding of their operations, challenges, and technology strategies.
Technical Expertise
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of information technology controls and their application in complex banking environments.
- Assess IT policies, procedures, and controls across various business applications and technology infrastructures.
- Identify and evaluate internal IT controls, determining risk exposures and formulating remediation strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management information systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of four years of experience in IT risk management or related fields, preferably within large global banking institutions.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, or CISSP are preferred.
