Requirements:

  • Industry/product knowledge of plumbing/HVAC/electrical not required, but highly desired.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills required.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated competency in consultative, relationship building, listening, and selling skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Suite and data entry systems.

Work Environment:

  • This job operates on the road frequently, requiring frequent travel to customer/prospect locations and VP Supply branches.
