Role Summary

The HVAC Associate Outside Sales professional will engage in various sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's strategic interests and cultivating business relationships to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project monthly sales forecasts and bookings.
  • Monitor quotation statuses, understand customer requirements, and collaborate with application engineers to meet client needs.
  • Secure factory pricing by completing necessary documentation.
  • Review standard sales contracts and negotiate terms with customers, ensuring adherence to the approval process.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, and Logistics to submit sales orders to the factory.
  • Adhere to payment terms and assist in collections as directed by the Finance Department.
  • Participate in regular sales review meetings focusing on aging and collections.
  • Evaluate and approve costing sheets and quotations per the approval matrix.
  • Review monthly backlog reports.
  • Attend factory equipment witness tests.
  • Generate inquiries through market engagement with contractors, consultants, retailers, and dealers.
  • Keep customers informed about the latest software, catalogs, and updates from Precision Hire Solution.
  • Create quotations aligned with customer specifications.
  • Conduct technical submittals and clarifications in collaboration with the sales manager.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing by sales coordinators.
  • Oversee the delivery process in coordination with logistics.
  • Monitor payment and collection terms in collaboration with the finance department.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in engineering or a related field is required.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC sales.
  • Fluency in English is essential; native Arabic speakers are preferred.
  • Basic understanding of the Carrier organization is advantageous.
