Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Associate with 1-3 years of demonstrated sales achievements to enhance our Albany branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with a designated customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings.

  • Continuously enhance sales techniques and product knowledge to uphold a professional presence in the field.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience is required.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or electrical products is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven skills in consultative selling, relationship building, and active listening.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective planning, organization, and prioritization skills.

Work Environment:

  • This role involves frequent travel and operates primarily in the field. Standard office equipment such as computers and phones will be utilized.
  • Travel to customer locations and company branches will be required as necessary.
