- Meeting Coordination: Maintain meeting room calendars on Outlook and schedule meetings as needed.
- Travel Arrangements: Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels.
- Education: One-year certificate from college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: One year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, typing speed of 40-60 words per minute, and excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: Current and valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and insurable driving record.
