Job Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Divisions Maintenance Group, you will collaborate with various teams to craft and refine engaging content that effectively conveys and enhances DMG's brand identity, mission, and vision. This position provides ample creative opportunities to demonstrate your artistic talents and contribute to the visual narrative of our organization. The Graphic Designer will be tasked with producing materials tailored for DMG's primary stakeholders: clients, facility maintenance partners, and current and prospective employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop a wide range of content for multiple platforms, including social media, video graphics, environmental signage, digital displays, presentations, and branded materials.
  • Work in conjunction with marketing and other departments to create compelling visuals that align with DMG's branding and strategic goals.
  • Assist in the creation, revision, and enhancement of sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Produce print materials such as posters, banners, postcards, and other printed items, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with brand standards.
  • Translate intricate concepts into visually engaging and accessible graphics.
  • Ensure timely completion of all design projects while adhering to specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and integrate innovative design techniques into your work.
  • Support additional marketing and communication initiatives and priorities within the department.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Art, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing proficiency in diverse design formats and styles is essential.
  • Expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience in both digital and print media design.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Creative thinking with the capacity to generate unique ideas.
  • Additional creative skills, such as photography or illustration, are advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
