Job Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Divisions Maintenance Group, you will collaborate with various teams to craft and refine engaging content that effectively represents and promotes our brand, mission, and vision. This position offers ample creative opportunities to display your artistic talents and contribute to the visual narrative of our organization. The Graphic Designer will be tasked with producing materials for our three primary audiences: clients, facility maintenance providers, and current and prospective employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop diverse content for multiple platforms, including social media, video graphics, environmental graphics, digital signage, presentations, and branded materials.
  • Work in partnership with marketing and other departments to create captivating visuals that align with our brand standards and strategic goals.
  • Assist in the creation, revision, and enhancement of sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Produce print materials such as posters, banners, postcards, and other printed items, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Transform complex concepts into visually appealing and easily understandable graphics.
  • Ensure timely completion of all design projects while adhering to specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and integrate innovative design practices into your work.
  • Support various marketing and communication initiatives and priorities within the department.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Art, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing proficiency in diverse design formats and styles is essential.
  • Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience in both digital and print media design.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas and think outside the box.
  • Additional creative skills, such as photography or illustration, are advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
