Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team at RECON. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for working on projects within the region to gain real-world construction engineering and management experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and construction management with a combination of field and office work
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
Requirements
  • BS Degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Sound technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commercial instincts and a get-it-done attitude
  • Ability to meet demanding and changing schedules and deadlines
