Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise assigned caregivers (CNA's, PCA's and HHA's) to ensure performance of tasks, functions, and responsibilities necessary to assure appropriate individual care plan and active treatment is offered in a clean, safe, and secure environment, in accordance with federal, state, and unit policies and procedures.
  • Provide supervision, counseling, and evaluation of caregivers (CNA's, PCA's and HHA's) on assigned cases.
  • Collaborate with licensed practitioners to develop and implement care and treatment plans that meet the needs of individuals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare or social services.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
