Training Program Developer

YoungWilliams PC is seeking a highly skilled Training Program Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and conducting comprehensive training programs for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Training Program Development
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training programs are accurate and effective.
- Training Delivery
- Conduct training sessions for employees, both in-person and remotely.
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance.
- Monitor employee progress and adjust training plans as needed.
- Training Materials Management
- Update and maintain training materials to ensure they are current and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all training materials are reviewed and approved by management prior to distribution.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the project manager and management team to identify training needs and develop training plans.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet their needs.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field.
- Experience
- Previous training and development experience, including onsite management.
- Three years of child support experience is required.
