Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Greet, acknowledge, and interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Activity Planning: Develop and implement engaging activities that include storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games, designed to captivate and entertain children.
  • Safety and Well-being: Monitor and interact with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being of our young guests at all times.
  • Operational Management: Maintain operational documentation, audit, and delegate cleaning checklists and staffing requirements to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Program Promotion: Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products, and services to our members and guests.
  • Team Support: Complete Team Member Evaluations, provide feedback, and coaching as needed to support the growth and development of our team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before the first day of work.
  • Licenses and Certifications: First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire, and completion of all state or federal requirements prior to the first day of work.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with children, ability to engage a group of children in an activity, and strong customer service and communication skills.
