Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of employment.
