This training is provided at no cost and serves as a pathway to a rewarding career in bartending. Completion of the program does not guarantee employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Participants will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional beverage service to food and beverage staff in designated areas, ensuring prompt and efficient service to patrons.
- Mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and protocols.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area at all times.
- Monitoring customer needs and fulfilling beverage requests promptly.
- Managing cash transactions accurately using the established point-of-sale system.
- Collaborating effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Receiving and managing inventory of bar supplies and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting fellow staff members with operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, or successful completion of the Mixology Training Program.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Serv-Safe certification or the ability to obtain it within 180 days.
- C.A.R.E. certification prior to commencing work.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

- Mathematical proficiency for handling cash and inventory.
- Problem-solving skills to address various operational challenges.
Physical Requirements:
Participants should be prepared for light to moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. The work environment may involve exposure to noise and tobacco smoke.

Associates will experience a lively atmosphere, particularly in high-traffic areas. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to meet the operational needs of the establishment.
