About the Job

The Sales Executive position at CVS Health involves building strategic partnerships with designated producers to drive profitable growth and achieve cross-selling goals for specific business segments, products, and geographies. This role demands a deep understanding of customer requirements across various market segments, with a significant influence on business sales and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell products to ensure profitable growth
  • Manage and cultivate producer relationships based on the business segment or market supported
  • Collaborate with clients to provide comprehensive solutions aligned with their needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the benefits of our offerings
  • Analyze market trends to position our business effectively
  • Ensure our products and services meet client needs while driving revenue growth
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to explore growth opportunities
  • Integrate client and company resources to facilitate sales and service

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience
  • Background in Healthcare industry and sales
  • Active Health Insurance License
  • Strong Presentation Skills demonstrating value
  • Comprehensive understanding of business financials, products, and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management tracking systems
  • Proven success in consultative selling environment
  • Familiarity with group health insurance products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficient in Excel

Compensation:

The typical pay range for this role is $48,000 - $101,300. This range reflects the base salary for all positions within the job grade. Actual salary offer depends on factors like experience, education, and location.
