Your Responsibilities: As a Specialist at DivergeIT, you will provide remote assistance to select clients operating in both Windows and Apple environments. Your role will involve supporting the latest Office 365 and cloud-based technologies (including Azure, Endpoint Manager, and MFA) across various client systems. You will collaborate with a team that boasts a wide range of experiences and training.

Who We Seek: We are in search of a candidate with 3+ years of helpdesk experience (experience in a Managed Service Provider is a significant advantage). This position is not a full-time remote opportunity and is limited to applicants located within a specific distance from our offices.

The ideal candidate should possess: A solid understanding of Microsoft 365 (Admin portal), Azure, Intune (Endpoint Manager), Microsoft Windows 10, Office applications, and MAC systems up to Sonoma. You must have a strong foundation in troubleshooting desktop issues related to network connectivity, email, printers, and user account permissions. This role will challenge you to quickly adapt and support a diverse range of productivity and business applications utilized by our clients. Compensation will be based on experience and demonstrated skill set. Currently, our team operates remotely and utilizes Teams and Connectwise for communication and daily tasks, so you should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision while still achieving your daily KPIs. Participation in an on-call support rotation will also be required.
