Business Development Executive

About the Position:
We're seeking a charismatic and results-driven sales professional who can cultivate long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored IT solutions that meet client needs. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty, you'll be responsible for ensuring that clients receive effective communication, proactive issue resolution, and customized solutions that meet their unique objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture client relationships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within various industries
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design customized IT solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 3+ years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Prior experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
