Business Development Representative

At Brainlab, Inc., we are looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area. This role requires a strong understanding of surgical procedures, anatomy, and medical terminology, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating training and education into successful sales of all surgery products in the Brainlab portfolio
- Developing creative strategies for existing and potential accounts within territory
- Generating and maintaining a complete and consistent customer database for assigned territory
Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Must be a road warrior with a willingness and desire to travel constantly
- Documented success as a top-tier representative in previous sales positions
