Position Overview:
The Space Planning Specialist at Planate Management Group will play a pivotal role in the strategic development of projects throughout various phases including planning, design, acquisition, and construction.

1. Deliver expert planning insights to enhance space utilization.
2. Engage with user groups to gather facility program requirements and provide technical support during discussions.
3. Acquire a thorough understanding of program standards, requirements, and policies.
4. Offer technical expertise in the design and planning of facilities of varying sizes.
5. Articulate planning concepts effectively for project documentation and construction phases.
6. Proactively identify and resolve technical and design challenges in alignment with established standards.
7. Convey planning ideas to project teams through verbal communication, graphics, and written reports.
8. Pursue ongoing learning in facility design and planning.
9. Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.
