Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Small Format Team as a Guest Services Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up and maintaining displays and fixtures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and secure store environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
