Position Overview:
As a Lead Client Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Oracle's North American Application Sales team.

Your primary focus will be to engage with Oracle's most significant clients, providing insightful leadership and strategic recommendations regarding process enhancements, capability advancements, and technological transformations to align with their operational strategies.

Client Solutions Consultants are instrumental in helping Oracle clients navigate the intricate connections and complexities that exist within their organizations and the broader ecosystem of suppliers, partners, and service providers.

They dissect transformation opportunities into actionable, value-driven recommendations.

As trusted advisors, you will collaborate with internal senior leaders, solution engineering teams, and partner alliances to implement both long-term and short-term account strategies.


Essential Qualifications:
• Profound understanding of business processes across various functions including finance, procurement, supply chain, human resources, marketing, sales, and service.

• Ability to comprehend the strategic objectives, challenges, and opportunities of customers, translating these into critical capabilities and their influence on operational metrics.

• Expertise in diagnosing current state architectures, crafting future state architectures, and developing phased roadmaps to achieve desired end-state goals.

• Extensive knowledge of business application solutions and transformative technologies.
• Background in business process design and consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Over 5 years of experience in advisory roles, solution architecture, and value engineering.
• Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous.
• More than 10 years of experience in enterprise business software (ERP, SCM, HCM, CX, PaaS, etc.).
• Industry experience in Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Life Sciences.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Capability to work independently from various locations, including home and Oracle offices.
• Strategic mindset focused on outcomes.
• Knowledge of architectural methodologies.
• Proven ability to present, communicate, and facilitate discussions with senior audiences.
• Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious goals and fulfilling commitments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% annually.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing thought leadership, tools, and methodologies that advocate for change.
• In-depth understanding of industry trends, customer strategies, and business objectives.
• Establishing trusted advisor status by comprehensively understanding the customer's business and co-developing strategic initiatives.
• Engaging in value-based selling and articulating value propositions.
• Identifying business challenges and opportunities at the customer level, architecting solutions utilizing the Oracle portfolio.
• Acting as an expert advocate for Oracle solutions, technology, digital transformation, and the overall Oracle vision.
• Keeping abreast of product and technical knowledge within the Oracle portfolio.
• Communicating effectively with customers at all organizational levels, from C-Suite executives to line managers.
• Leading discussions centered on strategic value rather than mere features and functions.
• Architecting and orchestrating large-scale, multi-product pursuits.
