Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives by combining industry-standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment.
  • Exercise judgment and business sense in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations.
  • Provide direction and mentoring to project teams, and optimally influence customer leadership on key decisions.
  • Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
  • Collaborate with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.
  • Resolve sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
Requirements
  • Recent experience leading Soarian Revenue Management / Back Office EHR Implementations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions and ability to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
