Position Overview:

Essential Qualifications:
Candidates must be located within a reasonable commuting distance or be open to relocating. This position may involve travel within the United States. A Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, candidates with three years of progressive experience in the relevant field may be considered in lieu of each year of education.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in Business Analytics, Requirement Gathering, User Story Prioritization, and Acceptance Criteria is essential.

Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master is required. Proficiency in API Testing and API Integration is necessary. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, PostgreSQL, and Postman is expected. The candidate will be responsible for driving the QA/UAT process. U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Sponsorship is not available at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and knowledge in the Telecom Domain is preferred. A Scrum Master certification would be advantageous.

The ability to understand the objectives of business partners, plan the roadmap collaboratively, and assist them in making informed decisions is crucial.

The role involves collaboration with key stakeholders across cross-functional teams and external contractors, managing scrum meetings, and addressing integration challenges. Proficiency in risk analysis, mitigation strategies, and execution planning is essential. Strong communication and analytical skills are required. A desire to work in a management consulting environment and a global delivery setting is beneficial. The candidate should be capable of estimating the end-to-end delivery of integration projects.

The position may require extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in various formats.
