We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Production Support Analyst to join our Asset Management Technology team in New York. As a key member of our onsite L2 production support team, you will work closely with business and development teams to provide timely and efficient technical support for our settlement, confirmation, and asset servicing applications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert technical support for our trading applications hosted in heterogeneous environments
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our systems and business areas
- Collaborating with Service Continuity and Business Continuity Management teams to plan and manage execution of events
- Promoting knowledge transfer and participating in knowledge documentation, sharing, and improvement within the team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Production application support experience with business users and financial/banking domain
- Technical knowledge and skills with SQL/PLSQL/MarkLogic, Linux, and Windows
- Understanding of batch schedulers and reporting engines
- Experience with .Net and web-based technologies on a support level
- Detailed knowledge and working experience of ITIL methodologies
