Job Title: Senior Technical Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Network Doctor. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients in the NY-metro and Missouri areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, migrate, and maintain business networks and systems, including hardware.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Servers with PowerShell expertise.
- Administer, configure, maintain, and upgrade various VMware and Hyper-V technologies.
- Provide disaster recovery and backup solutions and support using Veeam and Azure site recovery.
- Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated with application software and operating systems.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Substantial experience with Windows Servers.
- Strong understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
