Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive product vision and strategy for financial planning and reporting systems
  • Manage technical products throughout the product life cycle, ensuring standardization, automation, scalability, and agility
  • Identify business and technical requirements, including customer experience improvements, and prioritize requests for software development teams
  • Provide analytical support, including prototypes and proofs of concept, where helpful
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders on a shared vision with aligned expectations
About the Team

Our core team is small but mighty, consisting of two technical product leads, a program manager, and a senior manager. We work closely with application developers, software developers, data engineers, BI engineers, and UX designers to deliver financial system automation and insights to our customers.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Experience with concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems, or equivalent
