We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Product Owner to join our team in Arlington, VA.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic group committed to providing exceptional support and products to our Secretary of the Air Force, Concepts, Development, Management Office customers.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value resulting from the work of technical experts and development team.

You will maintain accountability for the backlog with limited supervision, ensuring that it is transparent, ordered according to defined criteria, and contains actionable requests from users and stakeholders.

Operate within a scaled Agile/Scrum framework to manage a complex set of products such as databases, networks, and applications.

Assist more junior product owners and senior technical staff on deliverables.

Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maximizing the value resulting from the work of technical experts and development team.
  • Maintains accountability for the backlog with limited supervision.
  • Ensures that the backlog is transparent, ordered according to defined criteria, and contains actionable requests from users and stakeholders.
  • Operates within a scaled Agile/Scrum framework to manage a complex set of products such as databases, networks, and applications.
  • Assists more junior product owners and senior technical staff on deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Secret level clearance.
  • Ability to apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience.
