- Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner.
- Review and document medication administration records.
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and effective care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
