Job Title: Senior Software Engineering Manager

Sedaro is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the technological vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive product innovation and ensure Sedaro's platform is at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering team in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions
  • Continuously improve on the technological vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive product innovation and ensure Sedaro's platform is at the forefront of the industry
  • Oversee and implement best practices in architecture, security, and scalability to support the growth of our platform
  • Mentor, inspire, and grow the engineering team to foster innovation and technical excellence
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to continuously evolve our technology stack and approach

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in an engineering management role with demonstrated abilities in the following
    • High standards for quality of work and team member performance
    • Setting project schedules and holding team members accountable
    • Strong interpersonal skills alongside deep technical understanding
    • Leading constructive conversations and performance reviews
  • Proven ability to push an engineering organization forward and accelerate productivity
  • Strong experience with cloud native architectures, SaaS platforms, and industry leading development practices
  • Expertise in software development, system architecture, and infrastructure management, with a focus on scalability and security
  • Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams in a high-growth environment
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, GitLab, and other program management and scheduling software
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or other relevant degree
