Leica Biosystems is seeking a highly skilled Regional Field Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Field Service Team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our regional team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Field Service Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce service call times, and increase first-time fix rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service Coordination, Applications, and Sales, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in field service, with a minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to travel 70-90%, including domestic and international trips.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with the Leica Biosystems digital pathology platform and/or 3rd party digital pathology platforms.
  • Supervisory management experience.
  • Troubleshooting and repair experience on medical laboratory instruments.
