Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager and Customer Advocate to join our team at Benco Dental. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales and profit goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve sales targets
  • Oversee regional branch logistics, sales personnel training programs, and sales of specialty products and services
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer service


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of sales and management experience
  • Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel in assigned region and frequent overnight travel
