Regional Sales Manager and Customer Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager and Customer Advocate to join our team at Benco Dental. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales and profit goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve sales targets
- Oversee regional branch logistics, sales personnel training programs, and sales of specialty products and services
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of sales and management experience
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel in assigned region and frequent overnight travel
