Account Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Relationship Manager to join our team at AGIA Affinity. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution
- Analyze customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs, including upselling and cross-selling insurance products
- Work with customers to identify gaps in coverage and develop customized solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
