Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe Brokerage Firm Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, expanding the company's book of business, and providing expert advice on insurance policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have prior insurance experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact between clients and insurance carriers, providing expert advice and effective service.
- Contact and visit assigned clients within required time frames to evaluate client needs and make recommendations.
- Prepare and provide price quotes for new and existing clients as needed.
- Coordinate with management regarding broker service presentations and fact-finding meetings.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Prior insurance experience.
- Property & Casualty 220 License (preferred).
- Customer Representative 440 minimum allowed.
