About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and developing them into accounts. Your daily activities will include contacting potential customers via phone and email, data entry, lead generation, and business analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the face of the accounts landed.
  • Call and email potential customers to develop relationships.
  • Attend Quarterly business reviews for high-level objectives with senior level management for the clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on conference calls and closing deals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School diploma, GED required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in logistics or business-related field preferred.
  • Experience with and/or ability to learn various TMS/CRM platforms.
  • Above average proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office (vlookup, pivot tables, reports).
Benefits and Compensation
  • Competitive base salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.
