Client Relationship Manager

The Client Account Manager is a dynamic role that requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and satisfaction.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Account Manager, responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions, driving revenue growth and client retention.
You will be based in either Fort Washington, PA or St. Louis, MI and will report directly to the management team.
Your primary goal will be to foster long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their continued success with M3USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client needs and pain points
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients
- Deliver regular updates and progress reports to senior leadership on account performance and progress towards goals
- Maintain accurate records and data on client interactions and account performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university and at least 1 year of Account Management Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, preferably business to business
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
