Job Overview

Position: Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the competitive edge of Centric Federal Credit Union, aligning with its mission across the markets it serves. This position involves assisting in the formulation of marketing objectives, directing and coordinating marketing initiatives to achieve overarching goals, and providing strategic advice to senior leadership and various operational units.

Key Responsibilities:

35% Collaborate in the creation of all advertising and promotional activities. Work closely with design agencies to curate, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing print, email, and SMS outreach.

25% Organize special events; oversee planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful delivery of each event. Manage logistics for the annual meeting, including report production and venue arrangements.

10% Develop and distribute quarterly newsletters to members. Partner with internal teams to generate high-quality content tailored to the membership audience.

10% Design and oversee internal marketing materials for retail locations, focusing on sales promotions and financial education for members.

10% Maintain daily marketing communications and updates to ensure consistent messaging.

5% Prepare and present monthly marketing reports to the Board of Directors.

5% Undertake additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Performance Metrics:

  1. Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance budget efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
  2. Ensure timely completion of campaigns and projects in accordance with marketing timelines.
  3. Deliver informed, prompt, and professional service to all members and associates.
  4. Support public relations and community engagement efforts in collaboration with the Marketing and Business Development Team, achieving planned outcomes within budget.
  5. Achieve objectives related to brand visibility, member acquisition, and retention.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar or related role.

Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.

Interpersonal Skills: This role requires significant interaction with individuals both inside and outside the organization, necessitating first-level conflict resolution, relationship building, and cooperation. Discussions may involve sensitive information, requiring discretion and diplomacy.

Additional Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to assess marketing campaign effectiveness. Ability to formulate long-term marketing strategies that align with organizational goals. Strong organizational capabilities and effective communication skills are essential for crafting persuasive messages.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
