Fostering a profitable business environment and transforming all sales personnel into high-achieving sales consultants through motivation, constructive feedback, and recognition is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and hold accountable a high-performing sales team through coaching, development, and retention.
- Ensure consistent achievement of admission and census objectives by closely monitoring and evaluating the progress of each Account Executive/Territory.
- Act promptly to address any performance gaps in relation to budget expectations and identify barriers to success.- Build a top-tier Sales Team by attracting and hiring exceptional sales talent.
- Compile, communicate, and implement best practices in the field. Innovate new ideas, protocols, and efficiencies to optimize marketing resources and enhance market share.
- Foster a collaborative relationship with the Operations Leadership team. Create and uphold a unified vision for growth between Sales and Operations.
- Report directly to the Division President and/or Division Vice President of Business Development. Proactively execute all company initiatives and provide practical solutions to challenges.
- Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or National Board Approved Licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years in Sales Management with at least 3 years of experience in Home Health.
- Strong leadership capabilities to promote teamwork and maintain high levels of team engagement.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated area.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Driven, energetic, organized, and professional demeanor.
