Job Overview

The Digital Media Manager at Centric Federal Credit Union plays a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the organization's digital footprint. This position is responsible for ensuring that the online platforms are user-friendly, secure, and consistent with the credit union's branding and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management: Oversee the design, functionality, and upkeep of the credit union's website, ensuring it is accessible and navigable for all members. Maintain website security and ensure compliance with industry standards.

SEO Implementation: Apply best practices in search engine optimization to boost website visibility and attract organic traffic.

Digital Campaign Development: Create and manage digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging content that showcases the credit union's offerings and community involvement.

Project Leadership: Lead digital projects from inception to completion, focusing on enhancing member experiences and supporting the credit union's mission. Analyze web analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies for ongoing improvement and member engagement.

Event Coordination: Manage digital content for special events, ensuring proper planning, scheduling, and execution.

Member Interaction: Engage with members through social media, addressing inquiries and comments, and managing feedback effectively.

Digital Signage Management: Develop and maintain digital signage content, ensuring updates are reflected on the website and other platforms.

Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Performance Metrics

1. Monitor social media engagement and growth, focusing on follower rates, engagement levels, reach, and impressions.

2. Achieve planned outcomes that align with the credit union's objectives for brand awareness and member retention.

3. Provide timely, professional, and accurate support to all members and partners.

4. Ensure timely completion of campaigns and projects, adhering to marketing schedules.

5. Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize budget use and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.

Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong personal interaction skills for conflict resolution, relationship building, and collaboration. Trust and diplomacy are essential.

Technical Skills: Proven expertise in website management, social media strategy, and digital media. Solid understanding of web technologies, content management systems, SEO, and social media platforms. Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services sector and regulatory requirements is advantageous.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment: Access to resources, including training and professional development opportunities, and a collaborative atmosphere that encourages input and feedback.
