We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of ITSM or ServiceNow project management experience and U.S. Federal government consulting experience. The role requires solid understanding of Agile processes and methodologies, including the ability to properly write user stories and breaking down large stories into component parts.

The successful candidate will perform BA functions, including business needs identification, business analysis planning, stakeholder analysis, and change activities. They will lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes with key customer sponsors and stakeholders. Additionally, they will maintain requirements documentation to ensure all approved business requirements, use cases, process flows, and reporting requirements are up to date.

This role requires experience using Agile methodologies, business analysis tools, and the configuration of the ServiceNow platform. Strong engagement, communication, and facilitation skills, including presentation and influencing skills, are essential. The candidate must also possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
