Job Description

This role will be based in our Capitol Hill office in Washington, D.C., where you will represent ServiceNow's interests before the United States Congress and the Administration. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing ServiceNow on Capitol Hill: Build relationships with key leaders, elected officials, and policymakers at all levels of government.
  • Communicating with internal teams: Ensure awareness of potential risks and benefits of various policy, legislative, and regulatory initiatives.
  • Working with federal engagement teams: Execute an ambitious federal engagement program.
  • Monitoring and analyzing government developments: Provide timely and insightful reports and analyses on trends specific to ServiceNow's public policy priorities and issues that may impact our business.
  • Liaising with industry coalitions and stakeholders: Lead discussions with industry coalitions and working groups, collaborating with subject matter experts across various disciplines.

Your expertise will enable you to establish and maintain a sophisticated network of political and policy contacts in the tech policy arena, specifically with key Administration officials, Capitol Hill lawmakers and staff, government agencies, trade associations, and third-party groups/community groups who share ServiceNow's vision of making AI work better for people.
