Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and their pets.
  • Welcoming clients and managing appointment schedules efficiently.
  • Handling incoming calls: conveying messages and processing requests for medications and supplies.
  • Assisting veterinarians and team members as needed.
  • Overseeing hospital communications through emails, texts, and other channels.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Demonstrating strong multitasking and prioritization abilities is crucial for this role.

We are in search of a collaborative team member who is available during our operational hours. Our clinic operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Wednesday from 8 am to 7 pm. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required. Immediate availability is preferred. Our clinic is closed on weekends.
