Job Description

At Invictus Capital Partners / Verus Mortgage Capital, we are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities in the non-Agency wholesale market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing non-Agency wholesale clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • New Business Generation: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base in the non-Agency wholesale market, proactively engaging with potential clients and presenting the benefits of our mortgage products.
  • Transaction Facilitation: Manage the end-to-end loan application process, collaborating with brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Compliance and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and changes in the non-Agency mortgage space, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal teams, including underwriters and loan processors, to streamline processes and contribute insights for refining strategies.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the non-Agency wholesale sector, contributing to the development and refinement of strategies for attracting new business.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant experience in mortgage sales, particularly in Non-Agency lending, is crucial
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a production-driven environment
  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry regulations
  • A proven track record in sales is required
