Job Summary

The Member Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members of the United States Senate Federal Credit Union. This role involves assisting members with account inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting credit union products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and accurate responses to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Assist members with account maintenance, including address changes and name modifications.
  3. Identify and promote credit union products and services that meet members' financial needs.
  4. Process member transactions, such as share to loan payment transfers and check orders.
  5. Respond to member concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/equivalent and 1 year of general work experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of PC applications, including word and excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
