Duration: 12 Months (Temp to Perm)
Schedule: 8am - 11pm
Training: Online with subsequent onsite requirements
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive analytics and reporting services aimed at enhancing and automating client processing systems while managing moderately complex external client concerns.
- Providing direct advice to various organizational units to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution, facilitating meetings to address and resolve problems effectively.
- Engaging in product development and enhancement initiatives, as well as system testing, to ensure the efficient processing of high-value transactions.
- Resolving intricate issues by leveraging a deep understanding of system intricacies, combining area expertise with industry standards to deliver solutions to both internal and external clients.
- Offering support to junior client processing roles and overseeing the allocation and review of team members' work.
- Possibly responsible for specific supervisory reviews, training, and approval processes.
- Contributing to the achievement of team objectives, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in brokerage processing is highly desirable.
