Business Development Representative

Cameron Craig Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and growth in our healthcare client's business across the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client's market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including case managers, discharge planners, and doctors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calls, networking, and service presentations.
- Work closely with our Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to deliver on sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Pilot new initiatives, tests, and processes to improve sales performance and provide feedback to the team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three or more years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams to do so.
- Successfully demonstrated experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections.
- Ability to travel locally in your territory (5 days a week).
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective time management skills.
- Healthcare/hospital sales experience highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
