Customer Support Liaison

Pavion is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Coordinator to join our security business unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Liaison: Serve as a liaison between customers and Security Source, ensuring timely fulfillment of all corporate requests.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with customers to ensure timely completion of all corporate projects.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide daily reporting on all corporate projects to customers and Security Source.
- Site Assessment: Access customer websites remotely to assess site needs and mobilize technicians/installers when necessary to address site requirements.
- Equipment Management: Place orders for necessary equipment to establish online presence for sites.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate across functions to understand existing processes and establish expected outcomes and timelines.
- Troubleshooting: Assist technicians/installers in troubleshooting equipment issues once client site installation is complete.
- Support Services: Provide support to Service and Project Teams as needed for non-corporate requests.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or technical support.
- Education: High school diploma.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft and Google platforms, including Excel and Docs.
- Security Experience: Experience with CCTV security systems.
- Site Planning: Ability to read and interpret site floor plans.
- Project Management: Experience in managing multiple locations and timelines.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with computer-based ticketing systems.
