Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic VIP Host to join our team at Clique Durango Pool, LLC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Consistently follow our established service standards and procedures to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  2. Actively promote our venue and services to build a loyal client base and drive business growth.
  3. Meet and exceed minimum table reservation requirements and contribute to the development of our restaurant database through networking and data collection.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients and contacts to drive additional business for bottle service and VIP table reservations.
  5. Field all sales inquiries for bottle service and table reservations, explain pricing, and secure payment.
  6. Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest, resolve any service issues promptly and professionally, and anticipate guests' needs with a sense of urgency.
  7. Effectively communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and other employees.
  8. Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, department, and County health department, as well as all health and safety regulations.
  9. Conform to department grooming standards, uniform or attire, and jewelry policy.
Requirements
  • Experience in and ability to meet marketing requirements outlined by management.
  • Experience in and ability to meet social media requirements outlined by management.
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. and active participant in social media.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain work cards required for this position at all times.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a high-stress and high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrate experience and ability to work in a dynamic environment that includes frequent change.
  • Good communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to read and write in English proficiently.
  • 1 Year experience in marketing nightclubs or restaurants and/or related experience in a Retail or marketing internship or related university marketing course work preferred.
  • Physically able to lift and carry at least 50lbs on a tray or arm service where it applies.
  • Physically able to walk or stand without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time.
  • Professionally groomed in a manner consistent with department grooming standards.
  • Extensive knowledge about food and wine and ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items.
  • Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations.
  • Must have oral and written English language skills.
  • Must be 21 years of age to serve food and beverages in the State of Nevada.
