Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests, greet them warmly, and make them feel comfortable.
  • Manage the flow of reservations, to-go orders, and special requests.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and track guest information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide guests with accurate information about the restaurant and property.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to anticipate guest and team member needs.
  • Communicate with management and service staff to rectify any guest needs or requests.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card and Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond.
  • Exceptional communication skills and articulation.
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative in a VIP-driven and guest-service-focused environment.
  • Able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.
